Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and compliance, with the ability to handle day-to-day financial operations independently.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

📊 Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Preparation and finalization of books of accounts.

• Assist in preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.

• Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and reconciliation (bank, vendor, customer, etc.)

💰 Taxation & Compliance

• Filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, Annual returns).

• Handling TDS compliance and return filing.

• Assist in income tax computations and filings.

🧾 Audit & Assurance

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits.

• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors.

📁 MIS & Internal Control

• Prepare MIS reports and variance analysis for management.

• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

📑 Other Duties

• Support in budgeting and forecasting process.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth finance operations.

• Stay updated with amendments in tax and accounting laws.

✅ Requirements:

• CA Inter / IPCC cleared with 3 years of articleship.

• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software like SAP, Oracle (preferred).

• Good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and tax regulations.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
